Who handles your data

What we ask for

Only what you type into the forms on this site:

• mockup: your current website (if you add it), your business name and suburb or your Google Maps link, your trade, your average job price and your email;
• contact: your email and your message;
• getting started: your email, the plan you pick and your message, if you write one.

What we use it for

To build the mockup you ask for, reply to you and, if we talk, prepare your proposal. We do not sell your data or use it for anything else.

With each form we also keep the market of the page, the button you came from and the campaign in the link, so we know which emails work.

The legal basis is your own request: steps taken at your request before a contract (article 6.1.b of the GDPR).

Who helps us

These providers handle data on our behalf. Some of them are based in the United States.

• EmailJS sends the forms to our mailbox.
• Cloudflare Email Routing forwards that mailbox to our Gmail inbox.
• Vercel hosts this site and the mockup previews (Vercel Blob).
• Google Analytics measures visits, only if you accept it in the cookie notice.

How long we keep it

While we work together. If we do not end up working together, we delete it no later than 12 months after your last message.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, object to its use, restrict it or take a copy. Email us at hola@askmagno.com.

If you think we are getting it wrong, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
