What you sign up for
The 90-Day Plan: your custom website, your domain in your name, hosting, changes, your Google profile 100% complete in week 1, one post a week on your profile, local SEO every month and a monthly report on calls, directions and clicks.
Small content changes (text, photos, opening hours and prices) have no cap. New pages or a redesign are quoted separately.
Prices for each market are on the Pricing page.
When you pay
Once you say yes, your site is working on a test link within 7 days. You pay when you see it, and that day it goes live on your domain.
Your year (or quarter) starts the day your site goes live.
Renewal and cancelling
Your plan renews automatically at the end of each period, with the same payment method (Stripe).
We email you 14 days before the annual plan renews and 7 days before the quarterly plan renews.
You can cancel at any time before it renews, with no penalty. Periods already paid are not refunded.
You can leave the quarterly plan at the end of any quarter.
The annual plan is paid for the year, and months already paid are not refunded.
If you move from quarterly to yearly, what you paid for the current quarter counts: your year starts the day that quarter started and you pay the difference (A$1,186.25 in Australia, NZ$1,460 in New Zealand).
If you choose on the call to pay that day, the free month is added to the end of your plan.
Review bonus
Get 20 new reviews in your first 60 days and your next month is free.
We count the new reviews shown in your profile dashboard from day 1. On the quarterly plan, the free month comes off your next payment. On the annual plan, it is added to the end of your year.
The guarantee
The guarantee and how it is measured are on the Guarantee page, linked in the footer of this site.
While we work free under the guarantee, we do not charge you: on the quarterly plan your next payment waits, and on the annual plan those months are added to the end of your year.
We start charging again when your last 90 days add up to more than the same days last year. If we compare against the 90 days before your day 1, when they add up to more than those. For new profiles, when a month adds up to more than your first month and reaches at least 15.
Your site and your domain
Your domain is registered in your name from day one.
The site is yours once you've paid for a year. If you leave after that year, we hand over the site files.
Other terms
1. Who provides the service. These terms are between you and Asier Múgica López de Dicastillo, who trades as Magno. The business details are on the Legal notice page.
2. When each part starts. To get started, you give us manager access to your Google profile and approve your site; we do the rest. Your profile is 100% complete in week 1, and you see it in a screenshot in your first report. The weekly post on your profile, local SEO and the monthly report count from the day your site goes live, which is when your plan starts.
3. If you pay on the call. If you then don't approve your site before it goes live, we refund everything you paid, because your plan hasn't started yet.
4. If you pay when you see your site. We send you the invoice on the day we show you your site on the test link, and it's due within 7 days. If it isn't paid, we take the test link down 14 days after showing it to you: the hosting is ours.
5. How to cancel. Email us at hola@askmagno.com before your renewal date. Your plan stops renewing and the service carries on until the end of the period you've paid for.
6. If a renewal payment fails. We email you. If it still isn't paid, we can pause the service and, if the site isn't yours yet, take it down.
7. Moving from quarterly to yearly. You can move at any time, under the rule in “Renewal and cancelling”.
8. How the guarantee is measured. We add up calls, website visits and direction requests from your Google profile dashboard. Your day 1 is the day we put your site live, or the day Google verifies your profile if it isn't verified yet. On that day we save a screenshot of your dashboard, and the figure we compare you against is fixed and doesn't change. We compare your 90 days with the same dates last year. If Google doesn't give that data, with the 90 days before your day 1. If your profile has less than 90 days of data, your third month has to add up to more than your first and reach at least 15. The full detail is on the Guarantee page.
9. The guarantee result. On day 95 we send you the result, with the screenshot of your dashboard. If your dashboard shows less than our report, your dashboard wins. If you disagree, tell us by day 104 at the latest. There are no refunds under the guarantee: if the figure isn't beaten, we keep working without charging you, as set out in “The guarantee”. It applies once, to your first 90 days.
10. What the guarantee asks of you. It applies if you give us manager access to your profile within 7 days of signing up, approve the site within 7 days of us showing it to you, keep your payments up to date, don't change your profile (phone, website, hours, category or name) without telling us, and Google doesn't suspend it because of something you did.
11. If your profile is suspended or we don't get access. If Google suspends your profile through no fault of yours, or you close for more than 7 days in a row and tell us, those days don't count and the guarantee period is extended by the same amount. If it's suspended because of something you did, or you don't give us manager access within those 7 days, the guarantee doesn't apply.
12. Your site and your domain if you leave before a paid year. Until you've paid for a year, the site and its hosting are ours. The domain is yours from day one, even if you leave early, and you can use it for another site.
13. What you give us and your data. We use what you give us for the service (access to your profile, text, photos and your business details) to build your site, run your profile and prepare your reports. We may show your live site as an example of our work, with a screenshot and a link. Your logo, your words or your figures only with your written permission. How we handle personal data is on the Privacy page.
14. Changes to these terms. You accept them when you pay. If we change them, the “Last updated” date above changes.
15. Contact. For any question about these terms, email us at hola@askmagno.com.
