How Magno handles your data, including your rights under US and California (CCPA) law.
This policy is provided for transparency in plain English. A counsel-reviewed version is being prepared; if anything here conflicts with your order or proposal, the order governs.
Who we are
Magno ("we") provides AI search visibility (GEO) and SEO services. Magno is a trading name operated by Asier Mugica, an independent sole trader established in Spain, serving clients in the United States and Australia. Contact: mugica@tryacedigitalia.com.
What we collect
Information you give us through our forms (name, email, website, message), and standard analytics about how the site is used.
How we use it
To respond to you, prepare your GEO score or audit, deliver and bill our services, and improve the site. We do not sell your personal information.
Processors
We use service providers that process data on our behalf, including our hosting provider, Stripe (payments) and our email provider. Some operate in the United States. Our forms open a draft in your own email client, so messages reach us by email.
Your rights (incl. California / CCPA)
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and opt out of any sale or sharing (we do not sell). Email mugica@tryacedigitalia.com.
Retention
We keep data only as long as needed for the purposes above and as required by law.
