Terms of Service
The terms that govern using this site and engaging Magno.
Magno is a trading name operated by Asier Mugica, an independent sole trader based in Spain, serving clients in the United States and Australia. These terms are provided for transparency in plain English. A counsel-reviewed version is being prepared; if anything here conflicts with your order or proposal, the order governs.
Agreement
By using this site or engaging Magno, you agree to these terms. Services, scope and fees are set out in your proposal or order.
The work
We provide GEO and SEO services on a best-efforts basis. We do not and cannot guarantee a specific placement, ranking or wording in any AI engine or search result, because those outputs are controlled by the AI and search providers and vary run to run. What we do guarantee is the work, the measurement and a monthly review of progress against your baseline, as set out below.
The 90-day guarantee
On Growth and Dominate plans, over your first 90 days we will (a) establish your AI-visibility baseline across the tracked engines, using a fixed panel of 15 prompts agreed with you in writing during onboarding, (b) ship the scoped GEO and SEO work, and (c) report citation rate and share of voice against that baseline every month, with the measurement method held constant.
If at day 90 your business is not being cited for the agreed core services (measured as at least 3 of the 15 agreed prompts reaching a presence rate of 40% or more across the tracked engines) and the actions we flagged as required on your side are complete, we keep working at no extra fee until it is. We declare the result ourselves against screenshot evidence of every tracked run, which we keep and share with you so you can audit the call. The guarantee covers our fee, not third-party costs, and does not apply to the Foundation plan or one-off audits.
Fees
The deep audit is a one-off fee, credited toward your first month if you continue. Monthly plans are billed in advance. Taxes, where applicable, are additional.
Cancellation
Monthly plans can be cancelled with notice as stated in your proposal. Completed work and the current period are non-refundable.
Liability
Our liability is limited to the fees paid in the prior month. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
